Welcome to Brad Samuelson Studios. Never limiting himself to just one category of sculpture, Brad is an artist who gets his inspiration from many forms of life. Whether it be: nature, animals, people, humor, or fantasy… his emphasis on detail is there. Each sculpture is unique in character by the use of gesture and expression that is captured to emphasize the dramatic action and pose of the piece. “It is crucial to have each piece suggest a narrative or display expressive movement to demonstrate how each character reacts to certain situations in everyday life”, he explains. Brad has received two awards: the “Best of Ringling Materials Award” from his college, and publication in the “Society of Illustrators” student competition magazine in 2004. You can see his works at various Art festivals across the country. He has been commissioned to perform works for private and public collectors. Two recent works, that he has been commissioned to sculpt were: three Labrador retrievers for Jeff Bonack Enterprises, and he has just unveiled a life size monument for the city of Three Lakes, WI.
